A set of two furoshiki wraps with prints adapted from original paintings and set into a repeat.
The wraps are printed on a lightweight cotton fabric and come in two different sizes. The sizes are 30 x 30cm and the larger size is 40 x 40cm. The larger of the two wraps is substantial enough to wrap items including books, boxes and toys. The smaller wrap size is perfect for delicate gifts such as jewellery or small ceramics.
Inspired by traditional Japanese wraps, furoshiki wraps act as a present wrapped in a present. These wraps cosset what's inside and when wrapped in the regulation way, lend a protective and stylish finish to a present. When wrapped in a non-regulation way (which is probably half the fun), these furoshiki make wrapping unusually shaped objects a cinch.
Our wraps can be used for all manner of uses beyond present giving. These wraps can be worn as a headscarf, neckerchief, bag handle, whatever you want.
Best of all, these wraps can be used again and again and again.
The cotton fabric is woven in Uzbekistan and printed and sewn in the United Kingdom. Our wraps should be washed at 30 degrees with a delicate tumble on a low heat. Ironing of fabric should be with the print facing down for best results.
